Friedman’s Appliances opened their doors for an after-hours anniversary event to some of the top designers of Knoxville on May 15. The event was dedicated to celebrating numerous years of loyalty and continued business. Friedman’s is committed to showing appreciation to the talented designers who continually recommend them as the appliance store that gives customers the “family-owned feel”.
What better way to show their gratitude than to invite the designers to a catered event with cash giveaways? Russell Greer, owner of Friedman’s, thought the turnout exceeded his expectations. It was a great opportunity for the designers to mingle with their peers and socialize with others they haven’t seen in a long time.
After dining on salads and entrees created fresh at the pasta bar, Greer made a toast to many more years of business.
Representatives from some of the leading appliance brands including Jack Stoffer from Sub-Zero Wolf, Allison Turner from Viking, and Jay Williamson from Dacor discussed the loyalty programs that each of their companies offer. They also spoke about how designers can reap benefits from having clients purchase from them.
The excitement began when each representative asked questions, quizzing the attendees about highlights from their presentations. Designers with correct answers were rewarded with cash prizes, but no one walked away empty-handed. They were all given parting gifts from Friedman’s and the appliance representatives.
Friedman’s was able to show their appreciation to the designers and the designers were able to enjoy an evening full of good food and great company. The event proved to be a great success.
