A perfectly seared salmon shouldn’t be intimidating. With a few basic ingredients and the right temperature, this entree can be ready in 15 minutes. A great solution for those last-minute guests!

Ingredients
- Any premium salmon cut
- 3 sprigs thyme, 1 sprig dill, and 1 sprig rosemary, tied together
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lemon
Preparation
Add olive oil to pan and heat to medium-high. Season salmon with salt and pepper as desired and begin to sear in the pan. Add butter, garlic, and herbs to the pan. Spoon butter over salmon while cooking. Sear on each side for three to four minutes. Remove salmon from pan and squeeze lemon into the remainder of the butter in the pan. Let simmer for one minute and spoon over fish to serve.
