Ingredients
- 2 or 3 ripe nectarines
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4oz Feta cheese
- Loaf of French bread
- Garlic salt
- Olive oil
- Freshly chopped parsley and thyme, if desired
Preparation
Crustinis:
Slice French bread into 1/2″ slices.
Brush with olive oil and season with garlic salt.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Bruschetta:
Combine sugar, salt, and lemon juice into a bowl.
Macerate nectarines for 15-20 minutes by gently folding into sugar mixture.
Crumble Feta into nectarines and top crustinis.
Garnish with fresh parsley and thyme, if desired.
