Our showroom is open by appointment only beginning May 1, 2020, but capacity is being limited as an ongoing precaution against COVID-19. Please call 865-693-4344 in advance of your visit to schedule an appointment. In addition, we have posted our Safe Health Requirements at our showroom entrance. For the safety of all our clients and staff, we ask that everyone entering the showroom adhere to these requirements, which include being in good health, observing social distancing, and may require wearing a mask and/or gloves. If you have any questions, please call us during regular business hours.
March 24, 2020 UPDATE:
In compliance with the recent Knox County “Safer at Home Order,” showroom visits are currently suspended and our hours of operation have temporarily changed. You can reach us at 865-693-4344 between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday to see how we can help with an appliance need or service. We are not open on Saturdays at this time.

Due to recent recommendations by health officials related to the COVID-19 virus, we have changed our showroom policies. We want your shopping experience safer for both you and our employees.
We are now showing appliances by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
- Please call us at 865-693-4344 to schedule an appointment.
- Know that we are also limiting the number of patrons in our showroom to provide opportunities for “social distancing” as prescribed by numerous government resources.
- If you have an appointment, please proceed directly to the front desk when you arrive and advise them on the details.
- If you come by the showroom and do not have an appointment, please proceed to the front desk to see if there is an appointment currently available. If there is not, you will be able to schedule one at another mutually convenient time.
- Additionally, we are cleaning the most vulnerable places in our showroom on a regular basis, and employees exhibiting any signs of illness are staying home.
